Damien Heffernan is an enthusiastic member of the Videre team who takes pride in his strong work ethic, time management skills, and ability to understand clients’ needs. His experience in delivering complex projects, working for a builder and as a statutory planner in addition to being a consulting project manager, has enabled him to develop skills and knowledge in various areas, including managing design teams to achieve desired outcomes, stakeholder management in complex and staged projects, building strong and trusting relationships with stakeholders, and contract administration. Damien has experience across multiple sectors, including education, higher education, sports and recreation, residential aged care, and government projects.
