Precinct of La Trobe University City of the Future.

Videre Group were appointed to manage one of the prospective sites for the La Trobe University City of the Future Development. The project involves the development of 5 hectares of land, including re purposing of some heritage listed buildings through the delivery of 11 projects. The Master Planning and feasibility phases of the project, including a detailed review of all existing conditions and infrastructure, are completed; and is pending further considerations within the context of the greater City of the Future Development.
