Medical Practice Relocation delivered through early engagement Construction Management with differed let of trade packages.

The La Trobe University has identified that as part of the City of Future Project that the Medical Centre is required to be relocated to facilitate the redevelopment of the existing building.

The General Practitioner, Physiotherapist and Pathology suites are to be relocated to the Thomas Cherry Building in the core of the Universities Bundoora campus.

The tenancy fitouts of the above-mentioned suites are to be fast tracked and will potentially include Hypobaric and Medical Imaging suites.
