Heritage Sensitive Structural Rectification and Amenities fitout.

The project involves the refurbishment of a portion of the former `Mont Park Hospital’ on the Mont Park estate. Built in 1916 the unique assemblage of wards have been repurposed by La Trobe University and renamed La Trobe Terraces 1 to 14.

Videre have managed the design and delivery of the heritage sensitive structural rectifications due to concrete cancer, dilapidated building fabric and failed floors, and included the fitout of new bathroom and kitchen amenities to both floors of Terraces 9 & 10.
