He has worked in large real estate development firms, focusing on mixed-use, residential, and inner-city development projects such as multi-storey apartments. Additionally, Tom has contributed to the education sector by serving as a Capital Programs Officer for the Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools. This role has provided him with solid experience in all aspects of project delivery, including land acquisition, planning, design, construction oversight, and project handover.
